Did you give them the 4 pages that look like this?
It has some very specific information.
Maybe you can just show that and highlight the pier depth and diameter on the right table

Is it a possibility for you to go pick up the Sinclair mount yourself? It is very compact just long. Mine was if I recall 14ft long:

I think i will get Sinclair. They seem the best all in one option. Except the shipping everything seems very good.

Maybe you can check if there is some other way to ship it. It seems at least for me they used some contractor not associated with a freight company to ship it. Only issue I had was the bottom of one of the posts got pushed sideways from the concrete and had to literally lift the entire post back up and reset

I was told the best way for me would be to dig 24/26 inch diameter hole and 48 inch deep. Then stand the post and pour concrete. I am still waiting for final engineering design. They will also get me the CT Certified design for $600 which i can use to get my Town approval.

My frost line was deeper than the post could go so it had to "float" above the bottom of the hole.
