Sub Panel for EG4 6000XP

Hello,

I'd like to build/buy a subpanel for an EG4 6000XP , preferably with 240 and 120v. Can this be purchased online ? Is it worth to build one ? If so, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated ! Happy Thanksgiving everyone !

Don't build a subpanel. They can be bought online. Search for "load center". Here are some square-D examples:

12 circuit panel
16 circuit panel
40 circuit panel

The number of circuits they're rated for is based on tandem 120v breakers. That means each single breaker space gets counted as 2 circuits. A 20 space panel becomes a 40 circuit panel that way. Keep in mind that a standard 2-pole 240v breaker will use up just 2 spaces, but 4 circuits of the count. A standard single pole breaker would use up 1 space, but 2 circuits from the count.
