None of the Alibaba resellers popular here are selling consistently or verifiably Grade A cells. Its possible (moderately likely in my subjective opinion) that the more expensive cells Luyuan is intending to sell will be truly grade A cells. I'm not sure if she has begun selling them, and I'm pretty sure nobody has received them thus far. If these are grade A matched cells from the factory as has been stated, there should be some form of documentation that comes with them verifying this I would imagine. If this ends up living up to what has been claimed, I think its a very good option.
Buying from EVE directly is an option as well. They have a Alibaba Storefront and I believe they do retail sales. They are a little less setup for individual sales, so its not quite as simple (for instance no DDP shipping), but on the other hand, they are responsive, speak good english, and it cuts out all the ambiguity about middlemen / grey market / cell quality.
