Anybody running the white Sungold Solar 10kw Hybrid Inverter? Im running mine off grid from 11500KW solar and 840AH 48V Lifepo4. When I run large loads ACs and pumps I can hear that the frequency is low, so I'm figuring the inverter is running at 50Hz not 60Hz. If i Change the "grid" setting to 55-65Hz it will revert back to 42-62Hz. Im not even sold that this is the correct setting for me to adjust. Full disclosure I did not put a meter on it so read the frequency as mine did not have the feature, I have ordered one in the mean time.

Do you have a proper multimeter? Some can measure HZ along with AC Voltage as a secondary function.
I do but its in my RV, which is in storage, so I ordered another one. The Rv is solar powered too so I like to keep one there.

Bump it higher if you can. UL1741 has unlimited ride through at 110%. For USA 120v grid, that is 132v ride through. Maybe set to 125-127v volts.
If I see 60Hz and the slow running still occurs This will be my next step, Very good idea. Testing is difficult as I had to put a heated blanket over the thermostat to get the AC to kick on since its winter. I may just pull the thermostat and jump it to test next time. But I haven't installed the soft start yet and want the be fair to the inverter, Its a 2.5 Ton unit so Id prefer to ease into it, lol

More likely low voltage than low frequency.
Tested as 60H, This is after changing the setting that resulted in 240 vs 230, Its too cold to test the actual Ac right now but thanks for the insight.

I had it on the "custom 60HZ" setting changed to The "USA" setting and this seemed to be the closest to grid. The main menu had "USA 208" but the sub menu ha the "USA" setting if anyone searches forum in the future.
