Hi Will,

I found a review you did on a Sunovo power station and thought you would be the best person to contact. I'm having trouble with mine and the factory for it is in China so communication is very difficult.

I recently went on-road full time and needed more power than my Jackery supplied for working. Because i'm not ready physically or financially to install a full solar system, being on a tight budget i opted for finding the most cost effective solution in 1000Wh plug & play and purchased a Sunovo DP500iL power station.

Since i have it, it has had some kind of system fault - even when fully charged, it will switch off within an hour or 2 while flashing a charge warning on the screen. The factory has had me play around with the settings to change wattage settings and check the voltage etc because i immediately requested to return it for a refund. They are claiming the machine is fine and that it is a fault in the screen and have offered to send me a replacement screen together with a step-by-step installation video. Does that sound likely? I mean, would the screen be an actual motherboard-type setup that regulates the entire system?

Best visual i can offer is a video i've saved on OneDrive ....
(I have attached screenshots from the video in case the link doesnt work)

Experienced advice would be sooooo appreciated!

cheers
Dez
