supply multiple locations

This question deviates from the mobile aspects, I am new to the off-grid lifestyle. I am wondering about the feasibilty of setting up a battery house to supply several locations within (100 feet or so apart) with both 12v dc and 110vac, DC to power lighting and AC to power. Thoughts on running 48v dc to each location and then splittting it up there for 12v dc and 110 v ac . Thanks in advance
 
You'd likely be better served with distributing ONLY 120VAC. Higher voltage has less losses. 100' is significant.

That's my setup. Single large array to 30kw battery storage supplying 2 invertors. One feeding 110v to my house (100 feet), and the other supplying 240v to sons house (200 feet). Smallish amp draw, so it works great. Having to maintain/watch/temp control a single setup was preferable.
