The hunt for an elusive inverter

I'm working on a project that requires an inverter with a particular set of characteristics. So far, the hunt has not been terribly fruitful. Can you help?
  1. 3500-4500 watts
  2. 48 VDC input / 120 VAC 60 Hz output pure sine wave
  3. Parallelable! This is important
  4. Off-grid use only (does not require AC transfer switch etc)
  5. Does not need to have mega surge capacity and needs to be reasonably lightweight (high frequency)
  6. Ideally rack mount. A panel mount unit is workable Plan B though.
  7. Integrated battery charger is welcome but not mandatory
  8. Portable, so a degree of "shock & vibe" tolerance that's between a telecom inverter and a full-on mil-spec unit
Basically, the inverter I seek is sort of a halfway house between a telecom inverter (light weight; parallelable) and a pure industrial inverter (higher power; some robustness).

The Cotek SD3500-148 is the closest I've found to meeting the need. A sound candidate, if a bit shy on power and not rack mount.

I'd love any other ideas on make/models. Thank you.
