Think I have a bad EG4 6000XP

Totally agree with that statement!
Did you ever get a solution to your E019 high bus voltage problem. All the subsequent responses went off on grounding tangents and I didn't see where any of them ever resolved the E019 problem. I get the same E019, but only when the temperature goes below 20 degrees F and it's a nice sunny day, which bumps the PV voltage up from around 215V normally to about 230V. Running two EG4 6000XPs with two PV arrays (one to each inverter). Either one will give me an E019. Not always the same array or inverter.

There is new firmware that allegedly addresses these problems. Edit: It's ccaa-190E0F dated 3-9-2025. If you are using the local app (I did) update it first or it won't see the new firmware. Also when updating after the app screen says the firmware update is complete....WAIT!! look at the inverters screen and you will see the ready (green light) still blinking slowly and a count up % will be incrementing in the lower right side. Wait until it hits 100% and a click is heard. Then reset the inverter.

As mentioned, update the firmware on the inverter and if you continue to have issues, please let us know.

Us LF folks have extra free time since we're not fighting firmware issues /shrug
So do some of the HF folks. I don't need no silly firmware updates.

Mine are running what they delivered with.
