Thoughts and questions about the "High Voltage DC Bus" inside of AIOs

Thanks, just updated it.
Wow, you're using really high string voltages, even higher than the spec MPPT operating voltage range (120-500VDC) - but still below the max. of 600VDC (y)
Have you seen any problems running string voltages over the MPPT max. voltage so far?

Nope, there was another thread that expressed some concern about what the 18Kpv does when it gets over the operating range, but my data shows it still keeps producing power (when it needs to, most of the time the string voltages are that high is when the batteries are fully charged and I don't need the power).

I'm kinda stuck with the current arrangement as it's a ground mount array that used to feed an SMA grid-tied inverter, and it's 45 panels in three 15-panel strings, so while I could rewire it (6*9?) for more 'reasonable' voltages (and higher currents?) I'm not sure what the advantage would be besides having to buy more wire. 8*)

if 540V is VOC then any load will likely pull the string down to MPPT rante

And the 540V being correlated with the battery being full corroborates this guess
