Thoughts on 250w Hyundai panels?

I personally have no exp with these panels, didn't even know Hyundai made panels. I suppose it depends on what they are selling for and if they have been tested to ensure they work as advertised. But the latest 310W Q Cells can be had for less than $250 ($ CAD).
Some where on the labeling it should tell you the "tier" of the panel. Tier 1 panels are the best and Tier 4 panels are the worst when it comes to quality of a panel. These "tiers" are regulations set in place and governed so the consumer knows the quality of the panel they are buying. I do know they make a Tier 1 panel. We were installing 310 w panels on residential homes and switched over to VSUN 310w panels. The VSUN's are Tier 1 panels as well. Hope this helps you a bit.
