These batteries were constructed with the remainder of an 24v 8S2P battery that I designed and constructed two years ago. After some use on a gentle solar system two of the cells went wonky (low resistance) and really mucked up the capacity of the bank. I removed the bad cells, top balanced (3.65v) the remainder and made these three batteries from the remaining good cells. They have about 17 cycles and were treated very well. They were Orient Power Cells from China that I ordered 3 years ago. I have just received the new cells for my bank and no longer need these ones. (I went to 280AH cells)

100 AH 12v LiFePO4 Battery
4S (4 100AH cells 3.2v each) (gently used)
DALY 4S12v100a J05A-GE03 BMS (new)

Max Discharge: 100amps
Max Charge: 50 amps (rec 30amps)
Discharge Temp Cutoff: -5 cel (-15 fah)
Overcharge Cutoff (cell): 3.75v +/- .05
Overcharge release(cell): 3.55v +/- .05
Balance detect: 3.5v
Balance Discharge: 30ma
Over Discharge Shutdown: 2.2v +/- .05
Over Discharge release: 2.7v +/- .05
Weight of Battery: 22 lbs 4 oz

I am going to keep this posted here as I owe Will and others for advice over the years. If I cannot sell them here I will repost elsewhere.

I am asking $600 $350 USD per battery or $900 for all three plus shipping. Folks here know that is about cost for these units. I would like to see them go to a good home.

As for paralell use there is a lot of discussion on settings etc and on advanced BMS'. These are bare bones and I would not recommend it but it is possible as long as you maintain a strict check on the cell voltage frequently and maintain the paralell bank. The danger is one battery getting a cell issue and shutting down while the other battery holds the load. I would estimate the risk on a two battery bank to be minimal but that risk increases on the number of batterys on different BMS' you have in your bank. They should all start at an identical SoC.

$600 is no great deal as a new 12V 100Ah Ampere Time with warranty is $500 shipped from Amazon.
SOK is $570

Most offer used cells for 1/2 current pricing for similar capacity...
you should certainly charge for the BMS and box construction...

Heard. So new cells are $120 each plus shipping, BMS were $57 USD plus shipping, wires and connectors were $20, digital VM was $10 and containers were $15. Without labour and using 50% on the cells I get around $350 for each battery. GTG at that price.

280Ah cells are about $120 each.
100Ah cells are about $50

Bigbattery is selling A123 100Ah packs for 3ish, minus bms, or case.
I think this built pack is reasonable at 350 each. Certainly could be built for less, but not a lot less.
50 likely doesn't get them shipped...

Well, they have dropped their price on the 100Ah packs to 250...
My bad.
New 10Year warrantied cell packs shipped from USA...
man...
Still in a wood case built with a bms, this is still not a rotten deal, just without the new 2000 cycle or warranty.

Agree. The type of cells I have are listed at Overkill for $155 each and that does not include shipping. Ali Express you will wait forever and they will not be that much cheaper.

Also A123 are lots of small cells put together (12 or so?). In my experience the more cells, the more that can go wrong. That is why I am going to 8S from 8S2P.

200Amp rated cells! Nice.
Well worth your asking price then.
I may get them from ya.
We shall see.

I would not run 200amps from them. These are early versions from Orient Power and my experience has been they are not really 200amp cells - plus I wired them for 100 amps. Also the BMS will cut them out at 100amps.
