Hey all,

Has anyone ever heard of Tinosolar panels from Belgium? I have an opportunity to source locally brand new 400W panels for $255. Just wondering if that's a good deal?

OK, so apparently, no-one has heard of them. What about the price? Is $255 for a new 400W panel a good price? (especially since I can pick them up locally)
