Top balancing off grid?

Any suggestions for off grid top balancing? All I can think of is a Jackery and variable power supply.

I have a lithium ebike battery I can use as input. 52v 13ah.

I have yet to find a variable power supply that takes DC input. There has to be little circuit boards out there to do this. Constant voltage or constant current with some sort of display to watch the current draw to know when to disconnect.

Connect the pack in its final configuration and charge in series. If one cell reaches its high voltage limit before charging terminates use a power resistor or globe to bleed current from that cell.

That is just so obvious once I heard it. Thank you.

Today I finally found a DC supplied variable power supply. The RD6018 by Riden. The best and from what I can tell only manufacturer of such things. Need that and a Hailong bottom base and I should be good to go for this and other projects.

Thank you again.
