Torqeedo Electric Dingy Motor Tear Down problems.

So after finding Will and watching his magic, I would like to know if anyone knows how to get these lifepo4 batteries out of this case and replaced, or should I just spring for the $550. for a new one. basically they are secured at the bottom with an epoxy. Will want a project? Here is a shareable link to the private video showing the dilemma

Mine is 3y old, 915Wh, but with about 10cycles so I hope it'll last a lot, did you find a solution? If I remember well I've seen recently some guy on eBay that is selling a solar system that fits Torqeedo battery demand and he was mentioning he repairs Torqeedo batteries too, you might drop him an email
