So I have built my RV system over the last four years and it has performed quite well, six Battleborn, 2000 watt inverter/charger and 1300 watts charging. We are leaving on a two month overland type trip shortly and I want to run through all my electrical connections.

no torque wrench used in my original assembly. Just tighten the crap on everything. I would like to be more specific on these “crap” numbers for this tune up before this trip.

where do I find the torque numbers for 1/4”-5/16”-3/8” buss/breaker/battery type connections?

thanks peeps

"Universal " torque settings for farmer grade (2) bolts (no markings)
1/4" 5 ft lbs
5/16" 11 ft lbs
3/8" 20 ft lbs
Most ft lbs torque wrenches are not real accurate at these low numbers an in lb wrench would be much better

Never had an issue. Bring an adjustable wrench and a pair of pliers and no worries.
