Trouble programming Victron MPPT 75/15

I have an MMPT 75/15 that I haven't used in a year or so and am setting it up with a new solar system. I need to configure it for a 24v battery but running into trouble using Victron Connect to configure it. I paired it and updated to the latest firmware, but Connect doesn't show any options to view or change settings on the device. Connect is the latest Android version. Attached is a screenshot of what I see in Connect, how can I configure the charger?

You are showing the information page. You need to back up, then click the cog icon for settings.

The settings cog on the main screen was not showing any controller options, but when I hooked the MPPT back up to get a screen shot to post I found it's completely dead. Not sure what happened.

Looks like the question is moot now, but I appreciate the help.
