Hello all .
To shut off the inverter, page 86 of its manual shows to
- First turn off the DC switch,
- Second turn off the back-feed circuit breaker at the house panel
If later, I want to turn the system on again; page 85 shows to
- First turn on the back feed circuit breaker at the house panel,
- Second turn the DC disconnect to on,
- Third turn the AC bypass to INV,
At what moment in the turning off sequence was the AC bypass switch touched to deserve action when turning back on ?
Can anyone explain in foolproof wording what the AC bypass selector does, exactly ?
Am running with no batteries. Just PV panels, no 'protected' circuits.
