Tying to Calculate my Solar Requirement for Small RV

@Murph, I boondocked in my toy hauler for about 3 years with a 150 watt panel (roof mounted) and 225 Ah of Trojan T-105 lead acid batteries. It worked OK, but I had an on-board generator that I could use just in case. I had to be very conservative in my power use, especially when camping close to 0° F. No stereo. Turn off the damn lights! I bought a power bank to charge USB devices instead of using the house battery.

With my new system (1280 watts of PV. 640 watts on the roof, 640 watts on the ground. 560 Ah of LiFePO4.) I don't worry about power.

If possible, I would buy bigger AGM batteries (more Ah) and get 300 watts of PV. You're pretty close with what you have planned. It might be worth doing a few trips with that configuration and see what the results are.
