Sounds like it just blocked a tracking link. From the link, it was from an email correct? I wouldn't worry about it.

Because of the large volume of email this site has to send, and because doing so with regular providers is a nightmare (no hosting company wants to do this, since it is indistinguishable from spam) we use Postmark (pstmrk.it) to handle this traffic. Links in emails automatically get redirected through Postmark for analytics. Unfortunately, so do a lot of spammers, so some plugins like uBlock will give this notice since it can't distinguish between genuine email from this forum and some spam ending up in you mailbox.
