Meanwhile, mppt just went to float 13.6v, monitor says 13.4v and ~+4.5 amps, it will stay like this all day
 
No, that's a diagram. It left out the solar charge controller and the shunt. What you think you have (diagram) can be very different from what you actually have (picture).

Ok it's fixed! My inverter Neg cable wasn't on the shunt. Once I rectified that everything started to work as it should! Monitor finally showed amps drop to 0 once charged. Although once it gets dark v still drops to 13.2(something) V.

Even a light load (inverter draw) on LFP cells can pull them down to around 3.3V operating, which is 13.2V. If fully charged and completely removed from any load, they can quickly settle to 13.4-13.5V.
