Ugly cheap panels

Hello,
I bought these Chinese panels for cheap but found out today they have these weird flaws in the panels. Is this on? I'm planning to order another 70 for a new project tomorrow.
I had 6000w on the roof and could power a 2300w aircon directly without a battery at a cloudy day. So they do work, but I need a 2nd opinion please from an expert.

Thanks!

What I'm looking for here is a pro opinion from a solar panel expert that will say if it's ok or not. Thanks

100 USD including shipment 600w
Solar panels that large are a relatively recent phenomenon. They haven't been around that long. For them to be discounted that deeply to $100 per 600 watt panel and free shipping you take a risk. How much risk are you willing to accept? $500 for a 600 watt panel is more appropriate price for new panels

I'm in the Philippines, it takes 15 USD to ship a panel.from China total costs.
What are those lines that are loose, does it mean the whole row is not working?

Check panel size to see if it is even possible for the panel to deliver rated wattage. A lot of the cheap panels from China are falsely labeled. Other than that it looks like reject panels that did not meet specs are being marketed.

Most of what is circled in the photo's is just the edge cut if the solar cells, that is not a defect but likely just the plant trying to have as little scrap as possible.

For the price I would use them, all I care about is lowest $$ per watt which provides the best payback in the shortest time.

My current arrays were ~21 cents a watt, which the panels you are asking about are similarly priced, this is how manufacture's' make money is selling everything, don't trash anything that is functional.
