UK Hybrid Inverter Install - no installer code

I'm keen to install a 3.6Kw Hybrid solution with PV initially and then add a battery at a later date. I'm quite comfortable with all the installation work and will ask a friendly, qualified sparky to validate my work and make the final connection to the consumer unit. I was looking at the GivEnergy option but they insist on having an "approved installer" to commission the system and I guess that other suppliers have the same requirement?
Does anyone have any thoughts on which Hybrid inverters (3.6Kw) I can install on my own as described above and still get ongoing Firmware updates, web based monitoring, etc?

This is a long shot but I wonder if anyone can help me here, I had to purchase a new Hybrid inverter as my original one got fried when I had a power issue with my incomer, National Grid had to replace the incomer.
My issue is that I have found a ew inverter from a company called Prime Hybrid Energy, The inverter is a rebadged GivEnergy HY5.0 so the dongle I purchased is the USB dongle from GivEnergy, I am able to create installer account on the Prime website but after configuring the dongle I do not get a connection to the inverter.

What im looking for is anyone that has experience with this inverter that could maybe give me some instructions, connection software or any other info that would be useful for me to get this unit up and running.

I am a BMS, security, electronics expert Engineer by trade so more than capable of doing the job at hand just don't have a solar inverter installer logon for Givenergy.

Thanks Chris

Never mind, i got my answer from GivEnergy, so sent it back and got a Solis inverter instead, so all sorted now

(y) Quite a few of us on here have Solis in the UK & Europe - give a shout if you have any Solis specific questions.
Just trying to get the battery charge / discharge right at the mo, but not been much in the way of sun to get proper reading on it, will let you know if I need any help with it, I think i'm almost there with it, just need a good day or so to be sure.

Sorry one question I do have is, is it normal for the battery to be feeding the inverter around 60 to 70w when there is no solar? seems a lot to keep the inverter in standby.

Cheers
Chris

I've (and others on here) have measured around 30W, so 60W seems too high. How / how accurately are you measuring that?

My postings here (and in fact that whole thread) may be of interest to you...
