UL Certified Grid Tie AIO Inverter 6kw Recommendation

Hello, I wonder if someone could recommend a few good quality all in one inverter / chargers (6kw) that are UL 1741 listed for grid tie / net metering. I recently purchased a unit that stated in their advertising that it was grid tie, but it does not have a UL label and its 09 function for grid tie activation is disabled in their firmware. Now they are trying to get me to do a firmware upload to the unit and the upload process is not working at all. I am getting the impression that they are giving me the run around so I just want to chalk this one up as a learning experience and start over with a different unit. I would sure appreciate some advice on this. Looking to spend $1500 to $2500.

Forgive my ignorance what is an aio? I looked up sph10k and its a 3 phase

Aio is an all in one

Inverter + charge controller + charger, and transfer switch -all in one

Sph10k can do three phase but its native split phase.

If you just need a gt inverter and not an aio the unit you posted would work but if you need batteries and off grid capability then the sph10k (hybrid inverter) is what you need
