I have a Growatt 12KT HVM Inverter, and feature stated:
PV Array MPPT Voltage Range 60-145Vdc
MPPT Charge Current 120A. (Manual stats 60A each i.e PV1 and PV2)
Maximum PV Array Open Circuit Voltage: 150Vdc

I have been using 3 panel series 49.5 Voc(148.5Voc) on each Pv1 and Pv2, but i am not getting maximum wattage of 6000w from my panels even though the amperage is right and the sun is bright.
The solar max input was only stated as 150Vdc but it doesn't say if it's (A) 75Vdc max for PV1 and PV2 or (B) it's both 150Vdc each, I wish to know if it's A or B.

3 panels in series is too high. You risk damaging your AIO. The Voc is per each SCC MPPT input so (B).

2 in series is max for the panels you have. Wattage production is dependent on many factors. You are almost never going to get max panel rating (it does happen but conditions have to be at (STC)).

Oh thanks, so my current setup is correct.
As to the 2 in series max, does this affect wattage? I've been using it like this for 3years

You have been lucky with 3 in series to not damage your AIO. Things that effect wattage production, weather and temperature, shading, time of day, Season, panel angle/placement, Connector issues, Miss-matched panels, damaged/worn out panels. Location on planet.

It is possible that the operation voltage can also effect panel wattage if it is not in the sweet spot of the SCC MPPT. Example would be a minimum voltage.

My current setup is total of 12 535w panel:
3 panels in series (Vmp = 3 × 40.63 = 121.89 V; Voc = 3 × 49.5 = 148.5 V ) and paralleled with another 3 panel series for PV1. Same for PV2 too.

I will test 2 series and see if there is difference.
