Understanding RUiUX batteries

Purchased 4 RUiUX batteries and cabinet middle of 24. All went well. The end of 24 purchased 2 more batteries to fill up the cabinet. Issues began. The two new batteries did not sync with the original 4. Discharged faster in the group and charged slower up to 4-5% SOC. Using EG4 black charger to charge with.
All batteries would not charge to 100% but up SOC 99% and nothing more. Discharged all batteries one at a time to 0% and recharged one at a time at 56.5V and 50a. All batteries charged to 100%. Discharged all batteries to about SOC 80% and recharged as a group. Again the group would not charge to SOC 100% but stayed at 99%. However the discharge rate and charge rate leveled out. Can't figure out why batteries won't charge back to 100%. I think this might be a problem when we add panels.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Do have communication between the batteries?
How do you have the batteries wired together, using the bus bar on the side of the cabinet?

Have communication with all batteries with the RUiUX Firm Ware. All batteries are in the cabinet and using the buss bar inside of the cabinet.
UPDATE Saw a video from, EC4 and also from Will concerning the use of the batteries. Will's video had two recommendations USE the batteries and ok to go from SOC 100% to 0%. EC4 stressed the importance of using the batteries.
Discharged all batteries one by one to 0% then the batteries for the first time charged to 100%. Seems taking the batteries to 0% reset the BMS. On a daily basis we are now discharging all batteries for 8-9 hours then charging at night from the grid. The first time we did this discharge half of the batteries charged to 100%. The second time all batteries charged to 100% and have have been charging to 100% ever since. Also the issue of imbalance when charging and discharging has corrected itself.

It looks like you are in Panama. I am letting you know that the current US president is crazy for wanting to take or buy Panama. I am sure it is a great place. I hope to visit someday.
