That appears to be one row of uprights.
Those need a large footing, and uprights need to resist bending.
Beyond that, assembly is bolt-together, which is easy enough.
Another alternative is Unirac ULA, or similar from Iron Ridge.
Those use posts at four corners, and optional diagonal braces.
Mine have 2" pipe uprights. Footings are like fence posts, and with diagonals forming triangles, uprights don't need to be as strong.
