Today I tried and failed to swap my Daly BMS to my new JK
JK B2A8S20P

Removed my Daly and installed the JK. Successfully.
All voltages and polarity was good.
Checked wiring before connecting anything up too.

Turned the JK on and the settings and numbers all showed good via Bluetooth.
So many great options and details compared to the Daly. And well built too.
Showed my cells were well balanced with identical resistance.
So.
Turned on my Victron with shunt and after 10 seconds the Easysolar would trip going into a low voltage alarm. It stated 2volts even though the batteries were well over 27volt.
All the connections were good. Even better than before.
I used my multimeter to check and found the voltage at P- would drop from 27.5V to low volts, thus the victron shut down.
It seemed the JK wasn't allowing any volts through.
I deleted my victron app and reinstalled thinking this might help.

I did try to change a few things on the JK but because I'm offgrid had to reinstall the Daly.
I monitor the Victron units and the BMS via their own apps. I'm not really concerned to not have them on the same screen. I just want them to work.

I was even thinking to remove my victron shunt.

Any thoughts for next time I try it?
Thanks

Sounds like the battery is going into protection mode. Did the JK Bluetooth show a protection tion state? Have you set the correct protection limits in the JK for your system?

Have just reinstalled my new JK BMS. Same model as before.
I did have to flick the charge/discharge switch on the app to activate.
After watching offgrid garage, made a few alterations and will monitor closely

I have configured several JK BMSs, and one detail that made it work properly after selecting the proper number of cells (which was my first problem), was selecting the battery type, then going over all my settings again. I really Like the B2A *** 20P (non inverter type) BMSs w that BluTooth App, plus optional large LCD screen (of three LCD sizes). ... My Two Cents
