Upgrading Growatt 5kw to 6kw ?

Hello,

Looking at this eBay listing they are selling 5kw grid-tied Growatt inverters 'upgraded' to 6kw.
They say that the unit label is 5kw but box says 6kw.

Any idea what the deal is here ? Is the hardware the same for 5kw and 6kw with just different firmware ?
Also, from various posts / articles it seems that Growatt had terrible reliability but now they've gotten better. Is this still the consensus ?
