Used LG Panels

How do you guys feel about used solar panels? There's a guy a couple of towns over that has (4) 280w LG panels for $135 each. Think that's worth checking out?

I got Sunpower 327W E20 panels, which seem to be performing fine.
I tested one for Voc and Isc. Under the conditions I had, Voc was close to label rating and Isc was over.


At the moment SanTan has some, but is selling them bundled with new microinverters so price is higher.

I don't have them mounted yet, but the one I tested put out ~34V and 178W in cloudy 40F winter skies (central Texas) leaned up against a chair.

I got mine during the winter sale ($34 each) so instead of 9 I ordered 12. The shipping is the killer ($180 to a freight forwarder).
