I was so excited when I learned that VenusOS can run on a PI and do really cool things with Victron devices!
I wanted to figure out how to get Venus to interact with my Daly BMS and Triron 4210 MPPT's
@Louisvdw has been awesome enough to solve the serial read for the Daly BMS and now I'm on to figure out how to get Venus to read the Triron MPPT's.
I've been googling furuiosly with very few useful results and am a noob and a novice when it comes to hacking protocols like that (I'm better at standing on the shoulder's of giants!)
I thought i would just ask here for some guidance where to look: How do I get Venus to read the triron? The only thing I can think to try is VenusOS large with a node-red module....maybe.
I have messed around with very simple arduino control circuits and filling in other's configuration files for my own projects, but this is literally the first Pi that I've ever touched.
