Is this your inverter? I see no mention of it being able to AC coupled. Ask Blue Sun if it can be AC Coupled.

My accomplishment is to use my new GTI inverters.

Only by using solar power which can meet my pump power.
I think to divide my 250kw solar power in to two groups. (120kw- 60kw AC,60kw DC) and (120kw-60kw AC 60kw DC) then separately feed to VFD one for each. Via their respective AC and DC inputs. Just generator for backup use only. Can this way activate my GTI?

It seems like PV connected to your VFD does what is needed to run the pumps.
Do the VFD adjust pump speed to best utilize PV, perform MPPT tracking so panels are at maximum power output?

I don't see the benefit of having PV --> (grid tie or any other) inverter --> VFD.

If you want a power system for your home, or for some other loads besides pumps run on VFD, you could set up a separate smaller hybrid inverter, with or without batteries.
