Hello

Victron Cerbo GX Firmware version v3.53.

I enter the year, month, day, hour, and minute. The time cannot be set, it restarts and shows 10 hours more than the real time.

Thus, it cannot measure real consumption and production.

Can someone help me, tell me what could be the reason for this?

Thank you in advance.

If the real time is 13:30 and the Cerbo says it is 22:50 UTC I'm going to say that the Cerbo has not been able to sync with internet time yet. (there is no time zone UTC-9:20!)
I would restart the Cerbo and make sure it has internet access. Victron docs seem to say there is no manual setting of the clock.

Here is the manual setting for the time:

When I set the real time, it restarts immediately.
I have Internet access because I can access it from anywhere on my mobile, it has been doing this for about 1 month since I updated the program. Until then, the date and time were correct.

Well that is strange. Mine is also on 3.53 but I am using the new UI and it has no option to manually set time. I think the root of the problem here is that the Cerbo does not know what the UTC time is, and that is the important thing for it to be able to sync with other services like VRM.
For this, the internal NTP client will try to contact a variety of NTP servers on UDP port 123 provided by ntp.org. Is your network allowing such connections? (it would be odd if it was blocked)

Hello.

I shut down the whole system, waited 5 minutes, started it, it didn't help, the time still doesn't go well.

I switched to the UI user interface, there is also a big difference between the real time.

Many things are connected to the network and the time is accurate everywhere.
There is a lot of WiFi connected, and even more on cable. This is the Wi-Fi list.

This is part of the direct cable connection.

I think the Cerbo GX will be the bad one. When the problem is solved, I will write what was wrong.

It was my fault that the time was not correct, thank you for drawing my attention to NTP. I have not enabled the home router to synchronize the time from the NTP server. The clock now works correctly on the Cerbo GX. Here is the mistake I made. It is interesting that the time on the PC was accurate.
