Victron Lynx Distributor 4/0 wire lug interference

I am about to wire up my Lynx Distributor, battery to lynx and lynx to multiplus 3k and something told me to check the fit of the 4/0 wire lug to the distributor.
The wire lug interferes with the plastic insulation for both the positive and negative connection posts. It doesn't fit flat on post and would need to be drawn down by tightening the nut and that just doesn't seem right. Has anybody else noticed this? If so, what did you do?

Welcome to the forum.

Any portion of he lug extending past the flat surface of the terminal post is useless. I would Dremel the perimeter of the lug down until it fits flat on the terminal post.

Thank you. I will give that a look. I may be able to just use a draw file and decrease the width at that point.
