Almost finished, need to add 120v outlets and vents or fans. I also will clean up the 12v wiring a bit. Zarges aluminum box is a little bigger than I wanted but it has left me with room to expand if needed.
The goal here was to have a somewhat portable (estimated 40-50lbs.) box to go car camping with. I run a a 12v/120v dometic Refrigerator cooler (stupid efficient), charge up miscellaneous electronics like camera batteries phone iPad laptop etc, maybe a 12 volt fan for summer camping and plug in a small electric blanket in the winter. The electric blanket is fairly efficient once heated. I’m happy with how it turned out.

I pulled 73w from a portable rockpals panel on a partially cloudy day. I can add to this if I find it necessary, doubtful because I only will need maybe 2-3 days out of this at a time, but usually just an overnight.
