Hey everyone. I turned up my system for the first time today. I have 2 DIY 270 ah 12V lithium batteries, 2 315W panels and the Victron 150/10 MPPT. I immediately saw great performance with roughly 30 amps continuous into the batteries. The batteries reached full charge at some point today. When I launched the VictronConnect app to check on progress it would stall out at 20% connecting and retry. I checked the SCC and it was blinking bulk then flipping to all three lights blinking a couple times then back to bulk. I killed the power from the panels, reset the SCC and restarted the app then everything seemed normal. Problem is the BMS is showing full charge at 3.45V and the SCC is still showing bulk.

Im using the default Victron lithium profile for the time being, 14.2V bulk and 13.55 absorbsion - roughly. Not sure what’s happening here, any insight would be appreciated.

Did you top balance the cells for both batteries? If not, start over and do that first.

What is the high voltage disconnect on the BMS? Both cell and battery values need to be checked.

I started with the default Victron LiFePO4 settings on my 100/50 and it used 14.4v for bulk.

I did top balance, all 8 cells in parallel

Here are a couple of screen shots that should help with the story. Since posting this thread the MPPT has gone into float - I am using the Victron canned Lithium profile for now.
What immediately stands out is the cells have seemed ti level out at 3.3V, seems awfully low.

Looks like I’m right where I need to be based on a SOC chart posted here.
Really appreciate the help!

Based on your screen shot, it looks like your balancing in disabled.

You have two BMS undervoltage warnings in the first screen shot.

Good catch with the error. Not sure what that is. I’m using Overkill BMS’, do they retain statistics even after being disconnected?

The balancing is enabled, I believe they stay greyed out until actual balancing is taking place.
