Victron MPPT

I just got a new Victron 100/50. It's the first one I can't seem to pair with my phone. Any suggestions? The prompt is "see some number on the side" or use 000000. This is about my eighth MPPT of theirs and 000000 always works, first time, I tried this one about 20 times, no luck.

I got one that NAZ solar said was brand new. Had to reset the code. Apparently they mess with random units at the factory since they (Victron) say it may need reset.

Yep. Victron has referenced this over on community.

I don’t know this will work but sometimes (why?) Victron accepts the code ZZZ like the on the Multiplus

zzz is the default password to make changes to a VE.Bus inverter with VictronConnect and a mk3-usb adapter. It has no other use.

Nothing to do with bluetooth.
