Victron Multiplus

Installed a victron multiplus and the ve.bus smart dongle. Controlling the inverter is working fine with the app but the switch on the front of the multiplus don't seem to work. Seems odd... is there a setting I can adjust to allow control with the app and the switch on the case?

Check the DIP switches on the MultiPlus. Make sure switch 1 is off and switch 2 is on. If those are set to the opposite then you are configured for using a digital multi control.

Thanks, I thought that is what was set (only dip 2 on) but I will double check. Is there a dip setting that overrides the switch on the front of the unit?
