I had 1 of my 2 150/100 chargers bite the dust so I went to Victrons site to find a repair facility to send it with nothing found on their site of such a thing.
They require you to submit repair requests thru your dealer you bought it from but my dealers ph# is disconnected so I reached out to someone else as they don't have any contact listings for repair issues & got back a nonsense reply of "best regards"? Huh? What the hell is that kind of response to my issue? With the premiums prices Victron charges, I'd expect way better customer service than this crap.
So anyways, does anyone know how I can get a charger fixed?
