I just came here to say that I thought I had the exact same problem. When I checked the history my SCC went 0 W output the day I plugged it in to shore power.
It took me a while to realize that the batteries were above the cut off point for solar to be produced. Once I depleted enough juice from the lithium batteries, SCC started working perfectly.
Doh!
