Voltronic VM IV 4kW 24V Inverter Displaying Incorrect 12V Battery Values – Software or Configuration Issue?

I have a 4kW 24VDC VM IV inverter that is functioning correctly, but there's an issue with the battery voltage display. The screen shows a 12V DC system voltage instead of the expected 24V DC.

When I try to adjust the settings for parameters 26, 27, and 29, the values correspond to a 12V DC battery system (e.g., 14V for parameter 26, 13.2V for parameter 27, and 10.5V for parameter 29). Despite my efforts to set these parameters to appropriate 24V DC values, they automatically revert to 12V DC settings when I exit the configuration menu.

Could it be that the inverter has been mistakenly configured with 12V software, even though it's designed for a 24V system?

I have a different problem, check on this thread . is it a clone ?.
Also noticed that if changing the max charging amp to 10 or 20 it will go to 40AMP after some time. and settings like screen off and led off is also not working.

one member from this form has the same experience and he has also contacted me . Alibaba is helping this seller to do the scam. Initially I thought its only a problem with the received inverter But they are doing the same with him also. Alibaba will tell you that there is not enfough evidence even if you are giving the evidence . They are just scamming customers with the help of alibaba.
