Price looks good, with free shipping, but ... the horror stories concerning batteries and some companies has me holding back.

The 480ah 12v is $766, not the $196.66 shown. Like most Aliexpress vendors, they try to lure you in with incredibly low prices only to spring the real price on you when you order. Sketchy. Gonna pass.

I was about to bite on this deal. Then I decided to check to see if the product had any ounce of credibility by comparing the volume of their 24v 280ah offering to the volume of 8 standard 280ah cells. Yeah. Turns out that the advertised volume of their "24v 280ah" battery is roughly 50% the volume of the known quantity, ie, 8x280ah cells. Hard pass, sadly -- cause I was loving the idea of grabbing 20KWH for less than $1,900!!
