I want to buy a 400 watt ac200 adapter. I have a Bluetti eb240 and I am trying to accomplish faster charging rates. The older model (400 watt) ac200p charger works with the eb240 but they recently upgraded it from 400 watts to 500 and now it’s not EB240 compatible. Anyone willing to sell their old 400 watt adapter? You could upgrade to a 500 watt adapter :)))

thanks
Robbie

Well, it says here that the 500w adapter works with eb150/240 as well.
Thank you for your reply. That’s awesome that it’s compatible now. I ended up getting impatient and built my own variable voltage charger for my eb240. I used hobotech’s instructional video about it and it works great.

I just had an interesting idea: if I connect my 2 200w eb240 chargers in parallel (I think they’re each 40v, 5a) with a 7909 2-female-to-1-male splitter, do I get 400w (40v 10a) output at the male end?

This is so awesome. Thanks for doing this experiment for power station science reasons haha. My question now is if the bluetti will take power from one AC charging brick and solar at the same time? That would solve a lot of issues for my truck camper setup / eb240. Thanks again!
I wouldn't do that since solar output voltage fluctuates a lot. MPPT controller is designed to regulate the fluctuation and search for the sweet spot (i.e. the Vmax).

So hooking solar together with power adapter will:
1. cause back feeding because of unequal voltage and
2. mess up the MPPT controller.
