Maybe they all are wrong the weather places, , but it appears that after Monday the 6th and for about 10 days half the country is gona see cold snd snow not seen in the south and surrounding states since the mid- 90s.

Perhaps they all are screwing with us. I dont know.

I dont like it when meteorologist use terms like EPIC… or A GENERATIONAL storm..
ENORMOUS in scope…etc..

-15 to -/20F below Where i am and colder westward. feet of snow.. high wind and ice..

In this case i seriously wish to be told im wrong by you guys.

The last time i heard these words was March of 1993 right before the Blizzard of 93.

I personally hope they all a whacked out on something and are totally wrong.. but somehow how I don’t think they are…

I follow about 5 of these cats online and then “cost average” what they say…then factor that info with about a 60- 70% probability….Then I’m probably somewhere near the truth…+/- ..

But it would be foolish not to at least consider what’s being said…and be ready if this is the one time in they are correct…but this time they are all saying the same thing …that’s a bit odd..

depends on what u call a blizzard.lol
back when i was a kid...
3 ft snowbanks at halloween.
went tricker treating wearing a snow suit under the costume.
school's were never closed.
us younger kids waitied for the older(bigger kids) to go first and break a trail from the neiborhood to the school across a field of waist high snow.
could touch the power lines from the top of the snowbank.
spent all day outside digging a network of tunnels in the snow like we were planning the great escape.
didnt need a ladder to get on the roof,climb the snowbank.
had coleco vision and donkey kong.
life was great!

today even the threat of snows the world shuts down in panic.

I have questions:
Who is he?
Where does he get his info?
What are his qualifications?
Seems like just another random internet dude with a computer and an opinion.

I prefer to get my news and weather from professionals.

He comes off as a bit out there but seems to be more or less in line with most of the others on YouTube. Including Fox Weather.

Ryan usually is pretty accurate. Nothing very recent lately on his forecast other than the pattern flips for January.

A polar vortex has been wobbling for a few days and just a matter of time before someone gets the brunt of it. I've mainly seen eastern half of US so as Iowa is west of the Mississippi River, we will continue to to just have fog. :ROFLMAO:

We will be down in the single digits in the next few days here…and get some snow and 45 mph winds… I have no doubt that’s true… I can see it cominn on local news… it’s a 100% bet…

Then by Monday it starts diving…. And goes way down… the rest of the week and more.

When there is 2- 3 feet of snow and sub zero temps , and there are no snowplows coming your way and your 18 miles on rural roads from the nearest 7-11, gas station , or town , it’s not a fun as when your in the city with with all the bells and whistles working to help…or you can just walk to Waffle House …

But it’s still better than being cooped up in town with a lot of weenies ….

Will deal with it , if it happens…. But I’m hoping their wrong on this.

I was watching a video the other night about Chernobyl and it told the story the USSR used cloud seeding to rain out radioactive fallout before it reached Moscow.

 
If the northeast isn’t impacted, then I’m good.

Toss us 10 days of sub zero temps in Hartford CT, and I’ll show you rolling blackouts in New England.

is CT in New England…it shows it is… im a southern boy.. that’s something we don’t know down here…If so you are impacted…..that means we’re kin… welcome bro….!
