I purchased an off grid home with a driven well. The system is a Trace SW4024 inverter, Flexmax 80 charge controller and a Trace T-240 conversion module. My well pump pressure switch wired with 120v and the pump is run from the T-240. Would it be better to wire the switch from the T-240 on one side and the pump on the other? Is it more efficient to have it wired the way it is wired? I tried to contact the person that installed the system but they haven't returned any of my calls or emails.

Wired the way it is now should be the most efficient way because when the pressure switch opens there is no power going to the T240 autotransformer or the pump. This is what you want. Transformers have a small parasitic draw on the primary side even when there is no load on the secondary side.
