Well. I may turn them on one at a time. Except the one that seems shorted. That one I will leave for last.Maybe not. Only one way to find out. Disconnect them all and try one at a time again.

The positive cable from the lower battery is touching the battery above. Absolute incompetence? This was the second time starting this thing. And this happened
It's not touching any wire... You need eyes to see well. LolThe positive cable from the lower battery is touching the battery above. Absolute incompetence?
Even if that cable is touching that case its not going to make the 2nd from the bottom battery error out. Its power light turns red so its the 2nd from the bottom having problems. The positive cable from the lower battery is touching the battery above. Absolute incompetence?
Lol sorry yes I'm blind. It's not touching any wire... You need eyes to see well. Lol
No worries mate; wish it was just wire touching. That way I'd be a happy camper with a working battery. Then we all could have had a great laughLol sorry yes I'm blind.
The good news is ecoworthy is super responsive with support on these batteries you could have bought another brand and been stuck in support hell for weeksNo worries mate; wish it was just wire touching. Tried calling like 7 times. No answer.I'd contact eco-worthy and tell them you want to return it for one without the pyrotechnics feature
If they give you any problems tell them you don't mind advertising the feature you didn't order....
Jajaja.. or I should say Hahaha. Which I have so many dumb things in there.pi$$in myself here watching your other yt vids
I wouldn't be doing that inside anymore though.
To be fair, it is Saturday.Tried calling like 7 times. No answer.
Very true. That is reasonable. Besides; I like to be well informed before proceeding with this issue. By the end of the weekend; forum members such as yourself would get me thereTo be fair, it is Saturday.
In the thread pics and the vid the RED pos terminals are on the Right side of the packs,When you check them with the meter if you get a minus sign before the numbers it’s wired wrong
What battery are you looking at on the site?In the thread pics and the vid the RED pos terminals are on the Right side of the packs,
But on the Ecoworthy website the packs shown have the RED pos terminals on the LEFT SIDE of the packs...
In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a server rack pack with pos on the right before.

Yea I'd be concerned about warranty seals and then them claiming it could have been tampered with.Where did you purchase them from - maybe returning to the vendor verse the mfg might be easier - unless of course the vendor is the MFG.
either way I would pull from the rack and pop the top provided there are no warranty seals - and post pictures of the insides.
Only ones with Grade AAA++ cells do that.In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a server rack pack with pos on the right before.
Good question. It seems we have more questions than answers tho. What is the state of charge of each pack? Is one pack higher than the others and you're getting a huge amp surge? A clamp meter or two would be helpful.
Damn where did I see that again ... honest I saw this on their site - Red on the left - except that one is not a server rack pack. What battery are you looking at on the site?
