What do you think the market for Lead-acid battery replaced by Li-iron battery

Hello Guys,

What do you think about the market for Lead-acid battery replaced by Li-iron battery on fork truck application?

My friend do such business and I want to get your ideas for such business.

There are lots of Lead-acid battery fork truck in the current market, I think parts of such fork truck owner would like to update with new battery. But I do not know for the others which powered by gasoline. Any ideas?

The only issue with that is the weight of the LA batteries is used as the counter balance for the lift capacity of the forklift. So you would also have to add weight to the lift to offset the weight loss of going to lifepo4.

Yes, you are right. The special Li-iron battery pack has extra weight balance parts.

I am not a business person but there needs to be a lot of potential gain for someone to move from a known quantity to something new that they don't know as much about. While it may be crystal clear why most anyone should switch, selling the switch would become a big factor, I would guess.
