What is "Full load DC voltage range" in solar Inverter?

A simple answer to my question is: I need an inverter with a bit higher Solar DC current. This is possible with Sofar HYD ... EP or HV models. They support up to 13 / 18 Amps. But the problem is that I cannot find where to buy them. Only "ES" model with 12 Amps is sold.
