I have this 60a scc the fan keeps going full speed at 39a I have a feel it's not gonna last long. which scc can do 60a without over heating ?

Why are you suspecting your SCC is overheating? If you think its overheating, I would want the fan to be running at full speed.

Some SCC's are known to have fans running all the time. Not saying this is good but that's how some are made and some folks hate the noise, some folks hate something else about it.
