What is the best way to connect these 3 panels?

I have:
2x 100W panels: Vmp 17.0V, Imp 5.89A, Voc 20.23V, Isc 6.25A
1x 295W panel: Vmp 32.3V, Imp 9.14A, Voc 38.9V, Isc 9.80A

I was thinking to put the 100W panels in series and then add the 295W panel in parallel.
Would that work? Based on the specs above, what would the expected output wattage be?

Charge controller can handle anything from 12v to 80v. System voltage is 24 volts.

Then your proposed setup will work, you do not have much choice with what you have. You may get about 450W.

On paper, the total wattage is 495W. If I can get 400-450W out of this mix & match panels, I'd be very happy with that.
Thanks for the info.

I'd connect 2x 100W panels in series to one MPPT charger and 1x 295W panel to other MPPT charger. And then connect that 2 charges to your battery. This way you get a maximum efficiency by cost of extra charger.
