Where do I download the JK BMS app from if I don't have Google Play installed?

I have the JK-B2A24S20P BMS. I run a custom ROM on my mobile and don't have Play store installed. From where can I download the latest English BMS app without any malware embedded to it?

Scanning the QR code takes me to http://qr17.cn/BApbC0 and the downloaded file has a Chinese name "极空BMS.apk". Is this the latest English version?

I also found the app on APKCombo - https://apkcombo.com/jk-bms/com.jktech.bms/ Is it safe?
